REI ProDeal Portal
Robust and easy way to support REI ProDeals
REI provides its employees with access to discounted products through its proprietary portal. These ‘ProDeals’ are orders places by the employee through the portal and fulfilled by the manufacturer. The process around these ProDeal’s implements some unique processes and controls.
HubSoft provides connectivity so that REI can easily add their approved manufacturers or vendors to their internal portal with all the processes and controls properly implemented. Your portal would then allow you to properly manage the order limits, pricing and allocations that you want to extend to REI employees. HubSoft makes it easy.
If you connect your HubSoft portal to your back-office application, such as Full Circle or QuickBooks, the entire ordering process becomes electronic. This is valuable because these are discounted, individual orders where the cost to handle them is a focus.
Managing the allocation of styles across several programs with REI allows you to sell ‘pre-season’, ‘in-season’ and ‘overstock’ products through your relationship with REI. All you need to do to set this up is create a ‘direct order’ program in HubSoft, define your allocations and send the secure link to your REI contact.
Note that you must have a relationship with REI to implement this program. HubSoft provides you the platform but can not help you become approved as a vendor to REI. HubSoft is not affiliate or endorsed by REI.
